The UAW/Ford Vision Program was developed to provide program members with comprehensive vision care services at reduced out-of-pocket expenses.  The program is administered by SVS Vision Managed Care, Inc. and services are provided by a panel network consisting of SVS Vision and other network providers (The Network).  All vision care services currently included in the Ford Vision Expense Benefit Program are provided by the UAW/Ford Vision Care Program.
