We have two options for healthcare, BCBS National PPO (traditional) and PacifiCare HMO, to choose from. Under the Traditional plan, prescription drugs and durable medical equipment, prosthetics and orthotics are covered by separate providers (see below).  Under PacifiCare, those items are included in their coverage plan. Dental and Vision coverage are the same for both Traditional and PacifiCare plans.

  Durable Medical Equipment (DME) For Traditional Plans only
